It’s important to get a professional valuation of your home for a number of reasons whether you are thinking of selling your home now or may sell in the future. Licensed Real Estate Professionals and Appraisers are in the best position to assess the value of local real estate.
Please don’t make the mistake of relying on automated valuation methods used by many popular real estate websites. These automated estimates may be points of discussion in determining home value when working with a qualified professional. However, they don’t replace the expertise and personalization of a real estate professional or professional appraiser in getting a more accurate picture of value.
